Deleting premium subscription from the account

Hello, I have a question, can spotify support remove premium from my account at my request? My subscription is located in a region where there are no podcasts, I recently left for another country and in this region podcasts are included in the subscription price, I would change the region through support, however, I do not have a bank card with which I could do this, because banks in my country are disconnected from SWIFT. Simply put, the only thing I can do is somehow delete the subscription from my account and change the region manually, and then buy the premium activation code in one of the local stores for cash. It's also worth mentioning that the subscription ends in the fall of 2025, so I don't want to wait that long. And please tell me how to send a support request. Thanks in advance for the answer!
