Request for Refund Due to Early Billing for Spotify Premium Subscription

I am writing to address an unexpected billing issue with my Spotify Premium subscription. My current subscription was set to renew on November 17, 2024, with a recurring auto-payment on that date. However, my credit card was charged ₹119 prematurely on November 15, 2024.

Due to this unexpected charge, I chose to cancel my subscription to prevent further discrepancies. Despite the early deduction, my account still reflects a premium plan set to end on November 17, which aligns with my previous payment covering the period from September 17 to November 17, 2024.

I am sorry to hear about this. In this case, I’d recommend following all of the steps in this support page for further help. In addition, you can always cancel your subscription by following the steps here
