I don't have access to account, but card is entered. I had two messages that two payments were declined because I don't have funds on my card.

Will charges stop arriving if payments were declined two times?

I'm not sure if I can put to my card more than €6.99 because maybe my Spotify will charge it.

We will try to withdraw money 4 more times after the first time fails. This can take about a week. After that your account will revert back to Free and your subscription will end.
