Hey @Christo64,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. We moved your post from Chats to the help boards as its content fits better here.

This type of issue commonly happens when both users are using the same account by mistake. Keep in mind that in a Duo subscription, each user has their own account with their own credentials to log in. In this case. we'd first recommend each user logging out and back in by following the steps in this article to make sure that you're using your own accounts.

If the issue persists, it's possible that any of you started a Group session on speaker by mistake. To check if this could be the case, we'd recommend following the steps mentioned in this article.

Hope this helps, let us know how it goes.

I have this same problem

Hi there @Lulu7372,

Thanks for the post.

Currently, there is an issue with the Duo plan invitation, but rest assured our developers are doing their best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

In order to speed up the process, we'd need some additional info from affected users. Can you tell us the following"

  • What plan are you currently on - free, Premium Individual etc.?
  • What is the country of your account?
  • When did you first encounter the error message?

Cheers.
