Duo plan

 

Hello all I had a question so I recently switched over to the duo plan like two moths ago. But I keep getting charged the 9.99 for the premium and the 12.99 for the duo. Anybody know how to fix this?

Thanks for posting - we’re here to help!        

 

Sounds like you might have created more than one Spotify account and subscribed for Premium on both of them. 

 

To check if this is the case, take a look at this help page and follow the steps for finding other accounts. Once you've located an account with a subscription you don't need you can cancel it by following the steps here
