Prueba usando un navegador diferente. Tambien puedes probar con una ventana privada (modo incognito).
De igual modo, prueba utilizando un dispositivo diferente (otra computadora, tablet, etc.)
Espero sea de ayuda. 🙂

Hey @manuromeros010,
Welcome to the thread and we hope you don't mind a response in English since this is the official language of the forum.
First it's worth mentioning that if you're eligible for the 3-month offer then you should be able to see it on the website here https://www.spotify.com/premium/. However, if you've subscribed to the regular Premium plan by mistake, then you'll sadly no longer be eligible for the 3-month trial.
Also, keep in mind that in order to be eligible for our free trial offers in general, you must not have had Premium on your Spotify account before or have tried other offers. The same would apply to the payment method used, meaning if it's been used for a Premium subscription or a trial, it will invalidate any trial offers, even if the account in question is brand new.
Hope this helps clear things up and don't hesitate to let us know if you've got any other questions.
@manuromeros010 Me paso lo mismo y por lo visto esa plata se pierde, yo pague el lunes y hasta el momento no dieron solucion, ya me aburri de pedir soporte
Good day. I have a premium family account with an embedded credit card for automatic monthly payments. Yesterday I found out that they couldn't collect August, so I proceeded to pay it. In the account statement of the card it is charged, but Spotify indicates that it is not, what to do in this case?
Hey @VHRV,
Payments for Spotify get automatically collected - if this is unsuccessful and the account reverts to free for some reason, you can re-subscribe. With this in mind, manual payments to Spotify should not be possible or will not work and the funds should land back into your account.
This is sadly only theorizing as we don't have access to your accounts and payments from the forum. If you wish to have your payment traced, it's best to reach out to our support folks backstage so that they can take a look into what's going on.
@braayanariias, hope you don't mind us replying in English 🙂 I would suggest you do the same as VHRV. Unfortunately there's no other way to verify what has occurred with your payment and/or trial on our end but our support folks should be able to shed more light onto this.
Hope this helps folks! We're here for you in case you need anything else in the meantime!
Ok, Thanks a lot!
Hey there you, Yeah, you! 😁 Welcome - we're glad you joined the Spotify Community! While you here, let's have a fun game and get…
