FIDO 6 MONTHS FREE PREMIUM TRAIL PAYMENT ISSUE

Dear Spotify,

I have a free 6 months premium trail with spotify but when i try to reedeem it , it ask me for my credit card info and when i do put my credit card info, it shows that payment not accepted. I called my bank and they told me its not the card. I already called fido and they told me to contact spotify. Please help me with this issue

Right now, Spotify doesn't manages third party subscriptions. Since this promotion is provided by Fido, only they can activate it on your Spotify account.

You'll need to contact Fido to get all the information on how to activate this promotion, they may need your Spotify account username or the email address linked to it to have it activated.
