Family Subscriptions Billing me

I have only two Spotify accounts, one is free and one is a part of a family plan (not the one who is paying). However, I am still getting billed for a normal premium account anyways since September, please help fix this problem thank you.

Let's make sure you don't have multiple Spotify accounts that could be causing this issue. Also, to make sure your account is linked to the Family plan, just log in here, and head to Subscription.

If you have a subscription set up on multiple accounts, we suggest cancelling the one linked to your payment method.

I have checked my only two accounts, they both say that I should not be paying anything and showing nothing being billed to me. However I am still paying $9.99 per month to spotify.

In this case, since you don't know where the payment is coming from, we suggest contacting our Support team via Twitter or Facebook. They'll be able to track down the transaction to help you work this out.
