My Question or Issue

Hi everyone, 

I wanted to go from Premium Family to Premium Duo. I cancelled the Premium Family and when that subscription ended, I got the Premium Duo. The issue now is: my partner can't be added to the subscription again, because you can only join a family/duo one every 12 months. What can I do to fix this?

Has your partner switched plans prior to this one (e.g. to another family/duo plan)?

 

Are you using a different account now for the Premium Duo plan or the same as for Premium Family?
