I wanted Spotify premium 00.99 for 3 months I still don’t have my account premium but my card was charge I want to know why 1. My account is not premium & 2. Why was I charge when it’s not premium ? 3. Why was I charge 3 times ? Please help asap

Find out if you have more than one account. Perhaps you upgraded one account but are logging into a different account. Here you can find instructions on how to find an account.

Another possibility is that you weren't eligible for the offer. In that case the charge will remain Pending until it expires. Your bank can tell you more about Pending charges.
