Help with family plan

Help with family plan

My account is the administrator account for the premium family plan yet for some reason its the only account that isn't premium. I keep getting advertisements and "get premium" is next to my profile. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I recently canceled my account because it was created on Facebook and I didn't want them to be linked anymore. Yet Spotify is keeping me logged in through facebook.

Hey @emontes25, welcome to the community!

 

Seems like you might have multiple Spotify accounts that could be causing this.

 

In case you removed the link from Spotify with your Facebook by yourself and set up a new Spotify account, the subscription isn't automatically migrated to the new account.

 

You'll need to cancel the subscription on the old account, and subscribe using the new one. You'll also need to invite your family members again.
