I can't change the country/region settings

I can't change the country/region settings

When I go to the page where there's the option to change your country - it doesn't even let me click or select the dropdown menu. I've tried website browser and followed all the steps

Thanks for coming to the Community. I'll try to help you clear things up.

 

Can you try this process using another browser or Incognito Mode? It might also be worth trying another device or a different internet connection.

 

If you have a Premium subscription, you need to pay with a payment method that matches the country you're currently in. I'd also recommend checking out this Support article for more info.
