If the PIN code on your gift card is damaged, I'd recommend contacting Customer Support here, as they can assist further in helping you to redeem it. I also suggest preparing photos showing the front and back of the damaged gift card, as well as a photo of the receipt, to assist Customer Support in redeeming the gift card for you.
