Can you define your plans and the devices that are connected to your Spotify Premium Account

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

 

In this case, we'd like to gather some additional info. We understand you're trying to follow your mom's Duo plan; is that correct? If yes, would you mind describing to us what's exactly happening? Are you receiving an error while trying to join? If yes, please send us a screenshot of the error you're seeing on your side.


Note: Be aware that this is a public space, so please don't share any personal info on the screenshot you'll send us.
 

Meanwhile, we recommend making sure you're putting the exact same address your mom added to the plan. She can double-check the address by going to her account page> Premium Duo. There, on Your Address, she can check the address.


Lastly, you can also try to join the plan on a different device from the one you've been using to see if you notice any difference. If nothing changes, you can also add the details @prazkhanalofficial asked for above in your next reply.

I have the same problem. We entered the EXACT same address (where we both live) and its not working. My gf gets the message: that she cannot join from another country.

Thanks for the reply. In that case one of your accounts has the wrong country set. This needs to be the same across all accounts and the address in the Duo plan in order for the invites to work. Check your respective account pages and then, where necessary, update the countries as shown here
