I pay for Premium but i cant access to it

My Question or Issue

I downgrade my spotify to free and then apple still charged me with the monthly subscription, when i log in the app it stil free but i already pay it with my credit card.

 

I was looking my account in the spotify page and all my bills are there except this last one.

My thoughts are that apple charge me but spotify didn't receive the payment or because of my downgrade, spotify didn't know the payment was mine.

From the support article I provided above:  If you subscribe to Premium through another company (e.g. with your broadband/mobile provider, or with iTunes), check with them to make sure your subscription is still active. 

 

In this case, It looks like you subscribed with iTunes - I would contact Apple to check to see if your subscription is still active.
