I pay for premium but its telling me to upgrade?

It's silly to post here, I contacted customer care about my subscription and they directed me here. So if a support specialist monitors this, here's the deal. 

I pay for spotify premium. I was just charged via PayPal on November 9th. I recently started receiving ads when I use spotify on my phone, but the app on my laptop says premium at the top and I don't get ads. When I login to my account on spotify.com, I'm directed to upgrade. I JUST paid y'all. I need my service restored asap.

Hello @Kara-rexx, welcome to the Spotify Community!

If you see your Premium subscription on your laptop but not on your smartphone, please try reinstalling the Spotify App and log in again to see if it works 🙂

 

Also make sure you're logged in all your devices with the same account. Follow this guide to find all your accounts.

My bad.. I was charged on the 30th, not the 9th. My subscription is clearly up to date.
