Not showing premium on the app

 I have signed in and received a receipt showing that I am premium customer yet the app on my phone is not showing that I have premium, I’ve logged out and back in and even done the fb login and it’s still not working.

Are you able to see your active subscription at this page and your receipt here?

 

Maybe you're logging in with different accounts (eg. with a Facebook profile or Spotify's native account).

Nope, I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it twice now and still not letting me use the premium package.

I have clicked on both links you sent and yes they both show positive info about my account, and I have logged in agin through fb and my personal account for Spotify with still the same results.

I’m thinking maybe it was a different account some how so I canceled that subscription and opened a new one making sure to use my fb so I know I could get into it and that worked for me, thanks for your help
