We're here to help you, however, we're not sure we understand the situation. Are you having trouble with your Premium service? If so, what seems to be the issue?

 

If you can't use Premium after paying, try logging out and back in twice in a row to re-sync your account and device. You can also check if you subscribed from a different account. You can check if you have more than one account on Spotify by following these specific steps.

 

If you need with something different, send a detailed description of what's happening, and we'll give a hand.
