Kann nicht abonnieren/ Can't upgrade

Hatte davor ein Acc mit Facebook, habe diesen geschlossen und ein neues gemacht. Wenn ich mit PayPal zahlen will geht es nicht und werde wieder zu Zahlungsmethode zurück geschickt.

Had before Spotify linked with Facebook. I delete me acc and do a new one. If i want to pay with PayPal, it send me back to the payment methode.
