Monthly payment charged twice this month

Hello, 

I have only one Premium account and I've recieved the monthly payment charged twice this month. One on the 13th and 16th of September. Is there a way for you to cancel one or shall I do it directly through my bank? I've read that this has happened before to other users.

I came across the same problem. I have spotify premium and pay 9,99 EUR per month every month. But suddenly (without having skipped a month) spotify charged 19,44 EUR. I would like to have the extra 9,45 EUR back. I hope one of spotify's staff members contacts me to correct this mistake.

Sorry to hear you got charged more than once! We know what you can do to make the extra payment stop though. Head over here and find out what you can do.

As for @janturkenburg. If you got charged 14.99 instead of the regular 9.99 per month, this means that your subscription got upgraded to a Premium for Family subscription. You can find info about Premium for Family here. If you don't want Premium for Family, log in on your account page and downgrade back to a regular Premium subscription.
