My payment got through but I didn't get the premium subscription

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. We hope you don't mind us moving your post out of the Chats section to one of our Help boards as it fits better here.

 

Usually, this type of issue happens when you log in to a different account by mistake. So in this case, we'd first recommend logging out and back in following the steps in this article.

 

If the issue persists, it's possible that the Premium account has different credentials to log in to. In this case, we’d also recommend checking this article for more info. 

 

Lastly, if you don't have the Premium subscription active on other accounts, we'd recommend confirming if the transaction was properly completed by checking your bank statement.
