can't upgrade from premium individual to premium duo

Trying to upgrade my plan from premium individual to premium duo but it gives me the message "error

Unable to change plans. This could be because you're not eligible for this plan, you're already on it, or you don't have a stored payment method."

Can you upgrade your plan from Premium Individual to Duo through this link? If that doesn't work, try opening the same link using a different browser or private window.

If you're still having trouble, can you let me know if you have paid for Premium Individual directly through Spotify, or have you paid through a third party? Once I get more information I will see what to suggest.
