My payment was processed at the bank and I am not Premium yet.

My payment was processed at the bank and I am not Premium yet.

Today I updated my payment method, and the debit of my money was generated, however my account is still Free, I have called the bank and they have confirmed the debit of my money. I need them to fix it as soon as possible.
