My Question or Issue

No importa cual sea la dirección que establezca en mi plan DUO la cuenta de Spotify de mí esposa no la detecta, es frustrante pagar por un servicio y no poder disponer de el en su totalidad. Yo tengo un Android y ella un iPhone ambos son del 2023 en adelante.

Thanks for posting this thread! We hope you don't mind a response in English since this is the official language of the forum.

Due to updates made by a third party provider, addresses that were previously available can become unavailable. Unfortunately this isn’t something we’re able to change on our end. However, this can be easily resolved if you as the Duo Plan owner update the address. 

If you can't find the specific address anymore, you can enter the nearest address that can be located. For example, if you can't find your apartment number you can just select the building, or a close landmark and re-invite your wife who has to enter the exact same address.
