No option to join Family premium plan

No option to join Family premium plan

Hi,
I'm trying to add myself to Family Premium plan. I tried on different devices, with/without incognito mode and from different ISP, but still it says that "Sorry, something went wrong." I got Logs from browser when it happens and it seems that there's a 422 error. I have myself Duo Premium plan that was cancelled.
Could someone from stuff tell me why i can't add myself to Family Premium plan? I got the address right, because when i misstype it or give a not valid one, It didn't let me through.

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community!

This looks like an interesting predicament. We see you`ve done a fair share of troubleshooting yourself. What we would advise is to check your plans status through your profile. If by any chance you have a previous plan or account that has an active plan it might be the reason you cannot join a premium family plan.

Hi,
Technically that account still have active "Duo Premium plan" as it's the administrator of this plan (not member) but it was cancelled a few days ago and it's still valid to 31-01-2024 (as an day of payment was always a last day of the month). I don't think so it should be a issue if you yourself gives an option to upgrade or downgrade plan anytime and also on this plan there isn't any other members so clearly something is wrong on your backend that it doesn't allow to change subscription plan (as it doesn't even show the reason what went wrong).

Since the account (still) has a Premium Duo subscription where you're the manager, you'll have to wait until it expires and your account reverts to free. After that, you should be able to join the Family plan.

I am Australian and I live in Colombia with my husband who is Colombian and he has a family plan that he is trying to add my too but it says I cannot be added because I'm not in that country but I am. Then your website says that I need to change the payment to a Colombian payment but I am not allowed and I can't change the country either.
