O download das minhas músicas somem.

Recentemente assinei o premium e o App vem apresentando problemas. Sempre que baixo minhas músicas depois de um tempo elas somem. A razão de eu ter assinado o Premium é poder ouvir minhas músicas quando estou sem internet, então se o problema não for resolvido logo cancelarei minha assinatura.

If your downloaded music is being deleted, I suggest checking out the steps under “Downloads unexpectedly removed” on this support page. They should help with this.

Hi Alfredo!

I already checked this page and I don't fit any of the reasons. The downloads keeps being deleted and when I put on "offline mode" after some time the app dislog my accont and I can't login again bc it says I'm offline (???).  This problem is only solved when I delete all the app data or reinstall the app. I really don't know what to do and I hope this problem is solved soon bc I love Spotify, but I will not continue to use premium if it continues.

If you're unable to log back in to the app because it says Spotify is Offline, this issue was already reported.
