Payment didn't go through

Payment didn't go through

So I already paid for the spotify service and the money already went through but I'm still getting ads. I've tried speaking to the customer care guys but they've done nothing to help me. Is there anything I can do?

Thanks for reaching out. I'll be here to help. Can you let me know which subscription type shows under Your plan in your Spotify account page? If it shows Free, it's possible that you're logged into the wrong account. Check out this Support article for more help finding the login details for your account.
