My Question or Issue

I'm trying to get the three month free trial for premium and entered all my card information on the payment page, it keeps saying payment error but my credit/debit has no problem (I was able to make purchases on other sites). 

I subscribed to Spotify on my phone while connecting to Facebook in the first place. 

Why is it not letting me pay? thanks

Could you please mention if you're a first time subscriber of Spotify or have you ever had subscriptions before ?

In the meanwhile, you can use the steps provided on this support page to try and troubleshoot the issue yourself.
