My Question or Issue

 I just buy premium account with cellular balance, the payment failed but my balance reduced. now i don't get premium account 

please help

According to what you're letting us know, it's possible that the transaction wasn't processed correctly on your mobile carrier's side. In this case, our best suggestion would be to get in touch with them in order to know exactly what happened with your payment. We're sure that they'll be more than happy to give you a hand with this one.

I have the exact same problem. I've contacted the provider. but they asked confirmation from Spotify. but can't find any receipt or records that show that the payment is failed or suspended. I need help as soon as possible
