My Question or Issue

I did a payment for weekly top-up(37 rupees) through upi today. The balance got deducted from my account instantly, but the payment portal of spotify kept on loading. I waited of 20 minutes but nothing happened. When I restarted the app, payment portal was gone. My money stuck somewhere, I don't know what to do?

I'd recommend you reach out to the folks over at Spotify Support here so they can take a closer look into your account.

Also, I recommend you edit your post to delete the transaction ID for security purposes 🙂
