¿Por que me cobraron 10 pesos después de querer contratar premium?

Quise contratar premium pero me decía que no era candidata para un mes gratis por lo tanto intente otras 2 veces más pero no me dejaba, no me interesaba el mes gratis, solo quería contratar el premium, y al meterme a mi cuenta bancaria resulta que me hicieron un cobro de 10 pesos por cada vez que intente cambiar mi cuenta.

Such charges are most likely only to verify if your payment details are functioning, in which case they should automatically get returned after the charge occurs.

As we cannot view user accounts from the forum and can't really confirm this though, your best option would be to ask our support folks directly.
