Premimum not working, paid 6 hours ago

Did all the steps in https://support.spotify.com/hk-en/account_payment_help/payment_help/i-pay-for-premium-why-am-i-on-fr...

 

Completely uninstalled then reinstall  app and window program, multiple times. no luck

 

Signed out individually on each app/program, as well as sign out on all locations. Signed back in, nothing.

 

Checked payments on paypal, it is "Completed" NOT PENDING!!

invoice id is 10 digits so it is confirmed for my facebook linked account. 

 

I did not sign in with my email. I have not mixed up accounts (i only have one) I have correctly signed in with my facebook on all locations, as well as paid on my facebook linked account and can see the subscription on my web chrome login, but nothing on my ios app or window program.
