Premium Duo only showing premium for one person and not the other

Premium Duo only showing premium for one person and not the other

Premium Duo only showing premium for one person and not the other. I already had him delete and redownload and check for updates. Attached is mine vs his and we triple checked the accounts

Hey @yoshimiyum, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Thanks for the screenshots. First, can you make sure that he is listed as a member under your plan here? If he isn't, you can send him another invite following these steps.

 

If he is, can you have him perform a clean reinstall of the app on his phone following these steps? These reinstallation steps are more thorough than a simple reinstall. Also, have him check to see if this happens on a different device, if possible.
