Premium Payment Won't Process: Keeps loading

My Question or Issue:

For the past few days, I've been trying to renew my premium membership. For some reason, once I insert my card information, the payment won't process and it just keeps loading. I've tried using several different cards, browsers, devices, but the issue still hasn't been resolved. Could someone please help, as this is getting pretty frustrating considering spotify doesn't have any direct contact in my country.
