Used a wrong account

i wanted to subscribe into the due offer. I was so in hurry that I used a wrong account ( old discontinued account)

i was given 1 month free, however I immediately canceled the plan once I noticed my mistake since all my playlists are in a different account. 
now what to do? Should I try again with the the correct account? What about my partner ( the other due account) ?

thanks for reaching out to the community !

 

Please start by checking the correct's  account overview page to see which subscription is currently stated there.

 

If canceled and still shown as Duo, you should wait for the month of payment to end and have this account revert back to the Free edition.

 

Then, resubscribe using the correct account when both of your account aren't under Duo anymore.
