Premium content not showing on partners DUO account

Premium content not showing on partners DUO account

Hi,

 

I have a DUO account and I can access premium content I.e the Britney Spears audio 'The Woman in Me' but this is still locked content on my partners account. We have checked that DUO is correctly assigned and we have logged in and out of her account and still no fix. I thought the purpose of DUO is for us to both have premium content? Can someone please advise what the issue might be?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

Only the plan manager has access to audiobook listening time from Spotify's audiobook subscriber catalog. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to share audiobook listening time with the plan member/s yet.
