My Question or Issue

I regularly pay for a Premium account; it is about 10 days my account uncommanded turned into a Free account. I've already tried to exit the app and login again (not using Facebook) a couple of times, but it didn't work. Are there any other way to get my Premium account works again?? Thank you.

I had the same issue. When I looking to account, it states free.
I purchase the yearly plan:
Date: January 6, 2019
It's 26th Dec 2019, and it's cut off
