My Question or Issue

 

I have just paid for Spotify Premium, but my account and the SmartPhone app are still saying that i have a 'free' account.

 

How can I solve this?

We'd recommend reinstalling your application by following the steps at https://support.spotify.com/article/reinstallation-of-spotify/.
