Premium lost

Premium lost

I lost my premium after changing to new phone. Is there anything about that?

Hi @adnandemirkutlu. Subscriptions are not tied to devices, so if you find that you have "lost" your subscription when logging in to a new device, you are most likely logging in on a different account than the one you have premium on. You should be able to find the right account by searching through your email and locating the email that has a confirmation from Spotify for a premium subscription.

Hello first of all thank you for responding, secondly on my computer i log
in to same acc and i have no problem with premium. Same name, same
playlists and premium acc. When i log in by my phone. It starts the
commercials.
