My Question or Issue

  I lately got Spotify Premium on my phone and low and behold, it doesn't work. I've tried restarting my phone, logging out of my account and nothing. I have no idea what to do.

I've already been there. Tried all the sollutions and still doesn't work .-.

 

Try emailing Spotify directly so an employee can help you with the problem. 

Please advise how I can email a Spotify employee directly.

Id like to know how to contact someone who can actually help as well.

 

I pay for premium but account says free.

I believe its because my old account is linked too my current Facebook but I can't unlink it because I don't have access to the old email account.

When I log onto this old Spotify account through facebook there is no option top right to select Settings - Social - Unlink or disconnect from Facebook.

 

I am also unable to cancel as there is no option to go "your plan" CHANGE PLAN - Cancel

 

I want to completely remove my old account but can't. I would also like to get the premium service that I pay for yet can't access, and lastly it would be nice to get some actually help or be able to call Spotify as I have spent hours scrolling through millions of messages, links etc trying to solve this.

HELP!!
