Thanks for reaching out.

 

The first things to check:

  1. When you head to this page, does it say Free or Premium there?
  2. Check your purchase history here. Do you see a recent purchase matching the amount that Premium Duo costs?
  3. I recommend checking your email accounts for a receipt from Spotify.
