Quick switch from Duo to Family

Solved!

Quick switch from Duo to Family

Hi,

Me and my partner decided to start a Duo plan a week ago. We're enjoying it and our children wanted to join in, so we're considering taking a Family plan to include them too. The question is, since I joined the above-described Duo plan just recently, would the 12-month period of not being able to join new Duo & Family plans apply to me, making it impossible for me to join the new Family plan?

TLDR;

Joined a Duo plan a week ago. Want to change it / join a new Family plan. Can I do that?

Cheers!

Hey @grindcore441,

Thanks for reaching out.

As long as the account that is managing the (new) plan is the same, the 12-month policy doesn't apply 🙂

I hope this clears things up!
