SMART subscription in Student discount help

  • I tried using the Student discount premium using my SMART mobile number, and sent me a message that “I have successfully charged with 0 pesos” What does this mean? I wanted to subscribe to the 75 pesos subscription in Student Discount but after all that it keeps saying “error” or “oops please contact...”

Check it first and see how it goes=)

my student account is now verified but my problem is the subscription. They even charged me with 0 pesos. What does this mean?
