Could you let us know if they're getting any error messages? Also, could you send us a screenshot of what they're seeing when they're trying to accept the invite? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.

Keep in mind that the address needs to match exactly with the one that the owner registered on their account. If you're the owner, you can check this exact info on your Account page. It's also worth trying to accept the invite from an incognito window or a different device.
