Spotify Canceled My Premium Subscription 5 Days Early And Made Me Subscribe Again

So I auto pay from my credit card on the 9th of every month and I was just talking to a representitive about why I am getting ads since 7/04/18 and I was told that my account was canceled. They won't prorata me but told me to sign up again, essentially churning me 5 days early.

Since you’re account got cancelled maybe it’s better to delete your account. Take your credit card off and everything. Just restart. That way you don’t have problems with that account anymore. 

 

Como se te canceló tu cuenta capas seria mejor borrar tu cuenta, simplemente borrar todo especialmente tu tarjeta de crédito y la cuenta entera. Y empezar de nuevo. Por qué como tiñes problemas con la cuenta. O hasta podrías contactar a alguien del equipo como histoes y decirle que estás pagando y te podrían dar tu plata de regreso por los días o meses que perdisteis. 

Spotify fixed the issue on their end and gave me a refund regarding this.

Tha js for the suggestion but it was not an issue with my card.
