Spotify Premium 3-month free trial not working.

I'm trying to get the Spotify Premium 3-month free trial, but every time I enter in my information and click on "Start my Spotify Premium," it goes back up to the top and shows an error message. "Something went wrong. Please try again."
I have cleared my cache files and have gone to a different browser and cleared that cache, along with logging out of everything. Should I just wait for a few hours, or is there anything else I can do?

If you're unable to get our 3 months free trial, we'd like you to keep in mind the following: 
 

• The offer is only available for those who have not had a Premium subscription in the past. 
• You need a recurring payment method such as a credit/debit card or PayPal (if available in your region) to be able to get the offer.
   

If your account meets the requirements, then make sure your payment method also meets these requirements as well. If everything is OK, we suggest that you try subscribing again from here, by using a Google Chrome incognito window from a desktop computer (if possible).

Why am I not eligible for this here deal of 3 months free

It seems very unlogical or very thoughtless to give anybody that would be a new customer a better deal than your loyal customers others that have been with you for years and years 

It seems you're more interested in getting you customers and not worried about the ones that fall away your loyal customers I would consider giving your loyal customers a bit of a break or a deal before giving newcomers a deal most people will take the 3 months free and just cancel on you anyways why not give the ones that have been with you loyally for several years a break and a deal 

That is just my opinion

When I sign up for the 3-month free trial, it says I am not eligible because it says I've used one before. I haven't used a free trial and I have already tried with multiple payment methods. I've also looked at my order history and it says today I paid (I attempted today) but it's still not premium. I also have problems when signing in sometimes, it says this account doesn't exist and I always have to reset my password to login.
