Spotify Student (SOMEONE PLEASE HELP)

Spotify Student (SOMEONE PLEASE HELP)

Okay so i have upgraded my account. and online on a web browser the account shows that it is upgraded and has the student discounted plan. but when i try and log into spotify via the iphone app or the app on my computer it will not register that i have upgraded it is still showing the upgrade option. song also will not pull up on the playlists only “featured artists” and yes i’ve tried logging out and logging back in four times. and i’ve even deleted the app and tried to reinstall it and log in several times. still **bleep**ing nothing and i’m getting **bleep** bc i didn’t do anything wrong.

Just to make sure, I recommend you to check out this article to see if you're maybe trying to log into another account. If it's working fine on your web browser and not in your phone, there's a possibility that you're not logged into the same account.

Yes I am using the exact same log-in information on my phone as i am my laptop.

When you go to this page, what are the details of your Subscription Status? Also, when you visit the Receipts, was the payment actually approved?
