Spotify has started debiting bank account although attached to a phone plan

I have a phone plan with Vodafone including 24month spotify premium.  Over the last 3 months (I still have 10months on my phone plan) 9.99 has been debited from my bank account under the name Spotify.  I cant cancel my Spotify account as it is linked to my phone plan.  I contacted my phone provider and they confirmed that Spotify is still included on my plan.  HELP!
