Spotify is stealing my money

I don't have a premium spotify account, but I have been billed off and on for YEARS for premium account. If I log in and try to cancel my account, I can't because I don't have a premium. It's tied to my bank account, I've tried talking to them, they say they can't help. I can't actually contact spotify cause it's a scam at this point. The only thing I can think to do is to close my bank account, it's pretty messed up but when spotify itself is reconnecting its self to my account and charging 17 dollars when ever it feels like it and no one at this company is willing to speak to the dregs beneath them that pay for there crap service.
