Spotify keeps telling me to upgrade to premium, even though I have premium duo

Spotify keeps telling me to upgrade to premium, even though I have premium duo

It's kind of annoying that every time I go to the web site, it wants me to update to premium. But I already have premium duo, and it seems it should recognize that.

Hey @dclaar,

Thanks for posting here.

Just to double-check-can you use the Premium features when you log in to your account on a device?

Could you please share with us a screenshot of what you're seeing? Just make sure that any sensitive or private info is hidden. That way we can get a better overview on the matter and can look into this further.

Keep us posted.

And now it doesn't happen! Sorry for the wild goose chase!

Hopefully this time posting works: Last try it was:

An Unexpected Error has occurred.

Hey @dclaar,

Thank you for keeping in contact.

The error messages on the web page are most likely caused by remaining corrupted cache stored from your browser.

First, make sure you're logged in to the correct account by logging out and back in on the web page. After that, try clearing cache and cookies from your  browser to see if it makes any difference.

If the issue persists, would you mind trying from an incognito/private window or a different browser?

We'll be on the lookout for your next response.

Thanks! Reloading does help, but the site is really flaky: I get errors about half the time. If I forget to hit "I'm not a robot" before hitting reply, going back and doing it after the fact won't help, and it will still throw an error.

I do run ghostery to block trackers, so maybe I'm doing it to myself! 🙂

Hi there @dclaar,

Thank you for your reply.

Can you let us know if it occurs if you're using a different browser or an incognito/private window?

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.

Cheers!
